| This is caused when attempting to install a third party application on a BlackBerry handheld that contains an IT Policy restricting the installation of third party applications. To resolve this you must contact your BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator to modify the IT Policy, removing the restriction from installing third party applications. |

Option 1: Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and click on "Application Loader". Select the Application and click the "Details" button.
Option 2: On your BlackBerry, go to "Options". Select "Advanced Options" (if using OS v4.1), then select "Applications". Scroll to the Application. The number beside it is the version number. |

| 5. | When you try loading any software using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, you receive the following error: "No additional applications designed for your handheld were found".

| This occurs if you have the Desktop Manager software installed but are missing the Handheld Software (ie: your BlackBerry's operating system). Both need to be installed before any software can be added to your BlackBerry. You can find the Handheld software on your carrier's website. |

| 6. | Can I load your software directly onto my BlackBerry using the Over-The-Air (OTA) installation method (ie: using your Internet Connection)?

| Yes, the OTA links can be found on our product pages. Select a product and click the Trial button. The Wireless Transfer link is the one needed. Open this link from your BlackBerry's browser to install the software. |

| 7. | How do I delete an application from my BlackBerry?

| On your BlackBerry, go to "Advanced Options" (if using v4.1), then "Applications". Choose the application you wish to remove and select "Delete" from the menu. |

| 8. | What is the difference between the Trial version and the Full version?

| Both versions are the same. Installing the software will automatically start a 7 day Trial until the Registration or Activation Key is entered. |

| 9. | Do I need to re-download and/or re-install the software after purchasing the Full version if I already have the Trial version installed?

| No, entering the Registration or Activation Key (received after a purchase) in the Trial Version's Registration Screen will enable the Full version. |

| 10. | I am trying to register the Full version using a Registration Key. The software tries to connect to the Internet but I do not have a data plan or it is not connecting properly.
